Here are a few things to try.
Sometimes just trying again works. It could have been a network issue, or a web browser caching issue, or a typographical error.
The below page tells you how to access the DirectAdmin login page, from where you can do a password reset.
First log into our billing system as instructed on this page: Billing System.
Then go to
Services ⇒ My Services
and look for an item corresponding to your DirectAdmin account. There should be a button labelled Active.
Click on the Active button. This should get you to a Manage Product page. Near the bottom of this page is a button labelled Login to DirectAdmin. If you click on it, you should find yourself logged into your DirectAdmin account.
You can also reset the password for your DirectAdmin account from within the billing system. Again, as above, go to
Services ⇒ My Services
and look for an item corresponding to your DirectAdmin account. There should be a button labelled Active
Click on the Active button. This should get you to a Manage Product page.
Now you can click on the Password link and change the password for your DirectAdmin account.
Then if you click on the Login to DirectAdmin button, you should find yourself logged into your DirectAdmin account.
